KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Pembangunan pondok lansia di kawasan Lapak Bumi Semendung, Kelurahan Klegen, Kota Madiun on progres. Pemkot Madiun melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) terus memaksimalkan pekerjaan di lapangan.
Berdasarkan data yang ada, pekerjaan di lapangan menyentuh angka 4,52 persen. Prosesnya ialah pengurukan lahan setelah sebelumnya dilakukan pengukuran oleh petugas.
“Pondok lansia jalan terus. Kemarin sempat ada truk uruk keplentong disitu. Tak tungguin terus disana, pengerjaannya on progres pokoknya,” ujarnya, Senin (27/3).
Pembangunan pondok lansia itu merupakan salah satu proyek strategis Pemkot Madiun. Karenanya ia tidak ingin asal-asalan. Bahkan untuk menyukseskan proyek tersebut, pemkot menggandeng kejaksaan negeri (Kejari) setempat untuk melakukan pendampingan.
“Saya sudah janji kan kepada para lansia. Jadi tahun ini sudah bisa digunakan walaupun belum penuh,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu Kabid Cipta Karya DPUPR Kota Madiun Sulistya Pambudi mengatakan, tahap pengurukan lahan butuh waktu cukup lama. Sebab, progresnya juga tergantung ketersediaan material uruk. Diperkirakan butuh waktu dua hingga tiga bulan.
Menurut Uut, saapaan akrabnya, pembangunan pondok lansia memanfaatkan lahan seluas 12.000 meter persegi. Pun, seluruh lahan perlu diuruk lantaran sebelumnya berupa lahan sawah. Ketinggian urukan berkisar 70 sentimeter.
“Insya Allah Oktober nanti selesai,’’ ucapnya.
Selain pengurukan, tahun ini ada paket proyek pembangunan pondok lansia. Meliputi pagar, bangunan pondok serta lanskap. Estimasi waktu pengerjaan total sekitar tujuh bulan. Proyek tersebut menelan anggaran sekitar Rp 9,4 miliar.
“Paket ini belum termasuk masjid. Sebab, beda paket pekerjaan. Untuk masjid nanti anggarannya Rp3,5 miliar di APBD 2023. Untuk pengembangan akan dikerjakan bertahap,” pungkasnya. (*)
