KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Proyek pembangunan pondok lansia milik Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun mendapat apresiasi DPRD setempat. Itu setelah Komisi III DPRD melaksanakan inspeksi mendadak (sidak) proyek, Rabu siang (15/11/2023).
Sekretaris Komisi III DPRD Kota Madiun, Yuliana mengatakan, proyek strategis Pemkot Madiun senilai Rp9,4 Miliar itu sesuai perencanaan. Bahkan ia bersama anggota Komisi III keliling ke area pondok lansia.
Meski sudah bagus, bukak berarti tanpa catatan. Ia memberikan rekomendasi agar dinas menambah pohon peneduh di area pondok agar lansia yang menempatk pondok lansia kedepannya semakin nyaman.
“Pondok lansia tadi hasilnya bagus. Kamar-kamarnya seperti apartemen atau hotel, dan sangat layak untuk para lansia, cuma harus ditambah tanaman untuk mempercantik kawasan itu,” ujarnya.
Selain itu, diakuinya ada beberapa proyek yang belum tuntas dikerjakan menjelang penghujung tahun. Seperti Masjid di kawasan pondok lansia senilai Rp4,5 miliar.
Meski begitu, progres pekerjaan telah sesuai dengan target. Pun, Politisi Perindo ini mewanti-wanti pelaksana maupun DPUPR agar berkomitmen menyelesaikan proyek-proyek yang saat ini belum tuntas 100 persen.
“Jangan sampai mengalami molor lah. Dan tadi kami juga melihat masjid yang progresnya sudah 80 persen juga bagus,” pungkasnya. (*)
