KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Normalisasi saluran Kartini, Kota Madiun tuntas dikerjakan. Proyek yang dikerjakan mulai 20 Maret lalu, telah tuntas 100 persen hingga 19 Juni 2023.
Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA) DPUPR Kota Madiun, Suyanto mengatakan, tahun ini proyek tersebut dianggarkan sekitar Rp902 juta. Proyek tersebut dimulai dari Jalan Pahlawan sisi utara Kodim 0803/Madiun hingga ke perempatan Jalan Kartini-Jalan Diponegoro-Jalan Dr. Soetomo.
“Normalisasi saluran Kartini itu selesai kegiatan rabat, tahun depan kita usulkan lagi,” ujarnya, Jum’at (29/9).
Suyanto mengatakan, panjang pembangunan drainase tersebut sekitar 349 meter dengan lebar rata-rata 5 meter. Sesuai rencana, saluran kartini itu nantinya akan dibuat sebagai pedestrian seperti di Sumber Wangi.
Pun ketika ada anggaran, finishingnya nanti juga akan dikeramik. Dengan demikian, lokasi disitu nanti tidak lagi terbengkalai, dan pembangunannya dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat.
“Yang jelas tahun depan kita lanjutkan lagi. Jadi saat ini posisinya sudah tuntas dan kita sesuaikan dengan anggaran yang ada,” pungkasnya. (*)
