KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun menuntaskan pembangunan 10 lapak di kawasan Jalan Rimba Dharma. Sesuai kontrak, pembangunannya selesai pada 6 September lalu.
“Alhamdulillah sudah selesai tepat waktu pada 6 September,” ujar Kepala Bidang Cipta Karya DPUPR Kota Madiun, Sulistya Pambudi, Sabtu (16/9).
Uut sapaan akrab Sulistya Pambudi menyatakan, pembangunan 10 lapak dikonsep sama. Tujuannya untuk melengkapi kawasan Rimba Darma yang rencananya akan dijadikan sentra kuliner oleh Pemkot Madiun.
Ia berharap bangunan lapak itu dapat dimanfaatkan para pelaku UMKM maupun PKL dengan baik. Ia menegaskan, 10 lapak yang dibangun menyedot anggaran sekitar Rp1 Miliar.
Adapun masing-masing lapak berukuran 4,8×2,4 meter. Bangunannya terdiri plat baja riser dan rangka besi hollow. Selain pembangunan lapak, di kawasan Rimba Dharma juga dilengkapi dua rest area, seperti taman dan membran untuk tempat makan sekaligus tempat istirahat. (*)
