KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Pemerintah Kota Madiun melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) membantu proses rehab bangunan gedung Polres Madiun Kota. Progres pembangunan di lapangan saat ini menyentuh angka lebih 50 persen.
Kabid Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun Sulistya Pambudi mengatakan, paket proyek tersebut meliputi pengerjaan pondasi, struktur, arsitektur, plumbing dan elektrikal. Pengerjaan dimulai 28 April sesuai surat perintah mulai kerja (SPMK) rekanan pelaksana.
“’Progres pembangunannya cukup cepat,” ujarnya, Jum’at (18/8).
Uut sapaan akrab Sulistya Pambudi menyatakan, gedung Mapolresta Madiun dibangun tiga lantai. Luas lantai total sekitar 820 meter persegi.
Rinciannya lima ruang kantor, pos jaga dan toilet di lantai I. Kemudian, di lantai II dan III masing-masing dibangun lima ruang kantor dan dua toilet.
“Konsepnya bergaya gedung modern,” tuturnya.
Anggaran yang disediakan untuk rehab gedung Polres Madiun Kota sekitar Rp3,5 miliar. Adapun proses rehabilitasi gedung tersebut membutuhkan waktu sekitar tujuh bulan.
Proyek tersebut ditargetkan selesai akhir November mendatang. Pihaknya optimistis rekanan dapat menyelesaikan proyek tersebut lebih cepat dari target.
Lebih lanjut, Uut menegaskan, tujuan dilakukannya face-off gedung mapolresta itu untuk menyesuaikan penataan kawasan Pahlawan Street Center (PSC). Sekaligus meningkatkan kinerja korps Bhayangkara.
“Sebelumnya kita juga membantu rehab kantor kejaksaan negeri dan tahun ini giliran mapolresta,” pungkasnya. (*)
