KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Pemkot Madiun melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) membangun 10 unit lapak kuliner di seputar Jalan Rimba Darma. Masing-masing lapak berukuran 4,8 x 2,4 meter.
Kabid Cipta Karya DPUPR Kota Madiun Sulistya Pambudi mengatakan, Bangunannya terdiri dari plat baja riser dan rangka besi hollow. Saat ini, progres di lapangan menyentuh angka 6 persen. Pun malampui target dari rencana 2,91 persen.
“Kita butuh waktu sekitar lima bulan untuk mengerjakan ini, dan target kita akhir Agustus sudah selesai,” ujarnya, Rabu (31/5).
Untuk mengerjakan proyek tersebut, setidaknya dianggarkan sekitar Rp1 miliar. Anggaran tersebut untuk pembangunan pondasi serta lapak kuliner, aksesoris pelengkap, serta taman singgah.
Proses pembangunannya dimulai dari kawasan simpang Tugu Pendekar sisi selatan. Menurutnya, pembangunan sentra kuliner ini sekaligus melengkapi pekerjaan pedestrian yang telah selesai digarap lebih dulu pada tahun lalu. Pun, dia memperkirakan pembangunan serupa akan dilanjutkan hingga Jalan Rimba Mulya–Jalan Larasati. (*)
