KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Pembangunan Pondok Lansia Kota Madiun kini mulai berproses. Tahap awal, petugas Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) melakukan pengukuran lokasi pembangunan, di seputar kawasan lapak Bumi Semendung, Kelurahan Klegen, Kecamatan Kartoharjo.
Kepala Bidang Cipta Karya DPUPR Kota Madiun, Sulistya Pambudi mengatakan, pengukuran itu dilakukan untuk menentukan ketinggian pengurugan. Pun ditargetkan tuntas minggu ini.
“Insya allah kalau tidak ada kendala, minggu depan kita jadwalkan pengurugan dengan luasan 13 ribu meter persegi,” ujarnya, Selasa (28/2).
Uut sapaan Sulistya Pambudi menyatakan, setelah tahapan itu tuntas, DPUPR akan melakukan rapat teknis untuk menentukan titik atau patokan sebelum dilakukan pembangunan. Setelah disepakati, baru dilakukan stripping dan pengukuran ulang untuk menentukan volume.
“Ketinggian urugan sekitar 0,7 meter, tapi itu nanti bisa berubah lagi,” tambahnya.
Ia menegaskan, proses pengurugan belasan ribu meter persegi itu nantinya ditargetkan selesai dalam waktu 2-3 bulan. Ini mengingat proyek pembangunan pondok lansia itu dimulai awal Maret dan ditargetkan tuntas Oktober mendatang.
“Itu nanti kan tergantung urug yang tersedia juga. Sesuai kontrak itu sebetulnya November pembangunan pondoknya selesai, tapi target kita Oktober mudah-mudahan bisa selesai,” ucapnya.
Uut menjelaskan, di lokasi itu akan ada dua unit pondok lansia masing-masing dibangun satu lantai. Setidaknya dua unit pondok itu bisa menampung sekitar 80-an lansia. Pembangunan pondok lansia itu tahun ini dianggarkan sekitar Rp9,4 Miliar. Belum termasuk pembangunan masjid.
“Untuk masjidnya belum termasuk, nanti dianggarkan terpisah,” pungkasnya. (*)
