KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Proyek pembangunan gedung Polres Madiun Kota mendekati finish. Saat ini progres di lapangan menunjukkan trend positif yaitu menyentuh angka 85 persen.
Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun, Sulistya Pembudi mengatakan, sesuai kontrak, proyek tiga lantai itu mulai dikerjakan 28 April lalu dan ditargetkan tuntas November mendatang. Pembangunannya dianggarkan sekitar Rp3,5 Miliar.
“Insya Allah bisa selesai tepat waktu,” ujarnya Selasa (17/10).
Uut sapaan akrab, Sulistya Pambudi menyatakan, paket proyek rehabilitasi mapolresta itu meliputi pengerjaan fondasi bangunan. Kemudian struktur, arsitektur, plumbing dan elektrikal.
Saat ini, proyek menyisakan pekerjaan aluminium composite panel (ACP), pengecatan eksterior, serta kaca. Ia menjelaskan luas lantai bangunan tersebut mencapai 820 meter persegi.
Terdiri lima ruang kantor serta masing-masing satu pos jaga dan toilet di lantai I. Kemudian, di lantai II dan III masing-masing dibangun lima ruang kantor dan dua toilet.
“Memang sesuai arahan pak walikota bahwa gedung perkantoran di Kota Madiun harus dibuat lebih aman dan nyaman,” pungkasnya. (*)
