KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun tahun ini kembali melakukan pemeliharaan berkala empat paket jalan. Total jalan yang diperbaiki sepanjang 10.978 kilometer dengan total anggaran sekitar Rp13,5 miliar.
“Rata-rata anggarannya per paket Rp3 miliar lebih,” kata Kabid Bina Marga DPUPR Kota Madiun Thariq Megah, Jum’at (13/1).
Tahap perencanaan kata Thariq saat ini sudah tuntas. Kemungkinan pekan depan dokumen tersebut akan dikirim ke unit layanan pengadaan (ULP) di bagian Administrasi Pembangunan (Adbang) sekretariat daerah Kota Madiun untuk dilakukan persiapan lelang. Setelah dilakukan pengkajian ulang oleh Adbang dan dokumen dinyatakan lengkap, baru dapat dilakukan pelelangan.
“Target kita akhir Februari selesai lelang sehingga bisa segera dimulai pengerjaannya,” ujarnya.
Thariq menegaskan, yang nantinya akan dilakukan pengaspalan ulang, rencananya jalan yang kondisinya rusak ringan. Salah satunya mengalami retak, kemudian dilapisi ulang kembali. Pemeliharaan berkala berupa pengaspalan ulang itu dilakukan selain menjaga kondisi jalan agar tetap baik, juga sekaligus meningkatkan kenyamanan bagi pengguna jalan.
“Jadi pemeliharaan jalan itu kami lakukan terus menerus. Di awal tahun ada, di akhir tahun pun ada,” tambahnya.
Seperti diketahui, pemeliharaan berkala jalan paket I sepanjang 2,432 km dengan anggaran Rp3,2 miliar. Meliputi ruas PG. Kanigoro, Tanjung Manis, Tumpak Manis, Pondok Manis, Sanggar Manis, Taman Praja, Tilam Sari, Moch Noer, serta Jalan Tanjung Raya. Kemudian Paket 2 sepanjang 2.537 km dengan anggaran Rp3,3 miliar. Pengerjaannya meliputi ruas Jalan Merak Barat, Jenggolo, Jalan Timur Lapangan (Winongo), Merak Selatan, Gajah Mada dan Jalan Mojopahit.
Berikutnya paket 3 sepanjang 3.751 km dengan anggaran Rp3,4 miliar meliputi ruas Jalan Tawang Arum, Tawang Mulyo, Sri Cempaka, Raden Patah Timur dan Barat, Pilang Karsa, Telasih, Mawar. Selanjutnya Jalan Pudah, Kemuning Gang IV, TGP, Hargo Mulyo, Bina Mulya, Utama Mulya, Andika Bakti, Sri Katon, TK Al Irsyad, gang cempaka serta Jalan Tawang Krida.
Kemudian pemeliharaan berkala jalan paket 4 sepanjang 2.258 km dengan anggaran Rp3,6 miliar. Pengerjaannya meliputi ruas Jalan Raya Kelun, Jalan Maskumambang Gang III serta Jalan Maskumambang Gang I. (*)
