KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Proyek strategis milik Pemkot Madiun disidak Komisi III DPRD Kota Madiun, Jumat lalu (9/8). Yakni, proyek pembangunan Pondok Lansia di kawasan Lapak Bumi Semendung, Kelurahan Klegen, Kartoharjo dan dan Instalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja (IPLT) di kawasan TPA Winongo, Kelurahan Winongo, Manguharjo.
Hasil sidak, progres pekerjaan dua paket proyek tersebut sementara masih on schedule. ‘’Ini bagian dari evaluasi rutin kami. Selain RDP (rapat dengar pendapat), juga sidak bersama mitra kami di eksekutif,’’ kata Sekretaris Komisi III DPRD Kota Madiun Yuliana, Jumat (9/8).
Menurut Yuliana, tidak ada catatan khusus dari Komisi III terhadap dua paket proyek tersebut. Dia menilai pekerjaan sekaligus progres sesuai dengan perencanaan. Hanya, pihaknya mewanti-wanti dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang (DPUPR) setempat agar pembangunan tidak telat dari target atau jadwal yang direncanakan. ‘’Seluruh proyek fisik kami pantau dan hasilnya sesuai dengan yang kami harapkan,’’ ucapnya.
Selain memastikan progres sesuai jadwal, Yuliana juga memelototi kualitas pekerjaan. Itu mengingat biaya dua proyek tersebut cukup besar. Dengan pengawasan Komisi III, pihaknya berharap rekanan pelaksana tidak main-main. ‘’Tidak ada temuan pengerjaan proyek yang menyimpang,’’ ujarnya. ‘’Secara umum berjalan cukup baik. Semoga membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat,’’ harapnya.
Di tempat yang sama, Kepala DPUPR Kota Madiun Thariq Megah menjelaskan, pengerjaan proyek Pondok Lansia dan IPLT on schedule. Dia mengaku terus mengawal progres pekerjaan secara rutin. Sehingga, ketika terjadi kendala dapat segera diselesaikan. ‘’Alhamdulillah hasil pembangunan sesuai dengan harapan eksekutif dan legislatif. Baik ketepatan waktu maupun kualitasnya,’’ pungkas Thariq. (*)
