KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Pembangunan pondok lansia tahap II di kawasan Lapak Bumi Semendung, Kelurahan Klegen, Kota Madiun mulai dikerjakan. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) telah memulainya pada pertengahan Mei lalu.
Kabid Cipta Karya DPUPR, Hesti Setyorini mengatakan, hingga akhir Juni lalu, progres di lapangan menyentuh angka 9,46 persen. Ia optimis, pembangunannya bisa tuntas sebelum batas akhir kontrak 10 November mendatang.
“Insya allah bisa selesai tepat waktu, bahkan targetnya sebelum kontrak berakhir,” katanya, Kamis (4/7).
Anggaran pembangunan pondok lansia tahap II ini dialokasikan sekitar Rp8,6 Miliar. Proyek lanjutan tersebut direncanakan terdiri dua ruang.
Yaitu satu unit ruang asrama utama, dan satu unit ruang penunjang. Adapun unit asrama utama itu terbagi 11 ruang.
Masing-masing satu ruang asrama lansia laki-laki dan perempuan ngebrok, yang dibangun secara terpisah. Kemudian lima ruang asrama lansia mandiri, satu ruang klinik, satu ruang pengelola, satu ruang takmir, dan satu ruang serbaguna.
