KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun tahun 2023, tinggi. Yaitu 86,94 atau masuk kategori baik.
IKM dalah data dan informasi tentang tingkat kepuasaan masyarakat yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif atas pendapat masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan dari aparatur penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Yaitu dengan membandingkan antara harapan dan kebutuhannya.
Adapun survei IKM dilaksanakan 7-31 Agustus 2023. Jumlah respondennya 30 orang, 14 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki.
Sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik, setiap penyelenggara pelayanan publik, baik yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara langsung maupun tidak langsung wajib menyusun, menetapkan, dan menerapkan standar pelayanan untuk setiap jenis pelayanan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan di lingkungan masing- masing. Hasil dari survei ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perbaikan kualitas layanan publik. (*)
