KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Progres pembangunan jalan ring road timur (JRRT) di kota Madiun saat ini dalam proses konsultasi dokumen perencanaan pengadaan tanah (DPPT) serta penetapan lokasi (penlok) oleh Pemprov Jatim. Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR), Thariq Megah mengatakan, jika kedua proses tersebut selesai, berikutnya adalah pembebasan lahan.
“Prinsipnya kami terus mengupayakan yang terbaik. Termasuk saat ada pejabat di tataran pusat, kita aktif melakukan pembahasan terkait JRRT itu,” katanya, Selasa (30/4).
Adapun rencana pembangunan JRRT bergulir sejak 2019 lalu. Diawali dengan studi kelayakan hingga penyesuaian regulasi.
Sebab, terdapat perubahan regulasi terkait dokumen kesesuaian kegiatan pemanfaatan ruang (KKPR) dari Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN).
Sementara itu, sesuai detail engineering design (DED) yang diusulkan diketahui bahwa panjang ruas JRRT sekitar 9,7 kilometer dengan lebar 25 meter. Mulai dari pintu masuk dekat terminal cargo hingga Demangan, Taman.
Diperkirakan, total luas lahan terdampak sekitar 268.071 meter persegi. Rinciannya 219.764 meter persegi di Kota Madiun dan 48.307 meter persegi masuk wilayah Kabupaten Madiun. (*)
