KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR), Thariq Megah mendampingi Walikota Madiun, Maidi meresmikan kantor baru Polres Madiun Kota, Kamis (25/4). Prosesi peresmian dipimpin oleh Walikota Madiun bersama Kapolresta Madiun AKBP Agus Dwi Suryanto.
Adapun kantor baru yang diberi nama Tatag Trawang Tungga merupakan hibah rehabilitasi dari Pemkot Madiun. Gedung tiga lantai tersebut akan dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Khususnya, Logistik, Satreskrim dan Satres Narkoba.
“Semoga pelayanan di Polres Madiun Kota bisa semakin optimal,” ujar walikota.
Lebih lanjut, walikota berharap dengan gedung baru itu, pelayanan ke depan semakin optimal. Pun peningkatan pelayanan di Polresta ini bisa semakin mendukung visi misi Kota Madiun untuk menjadi kota yang maju dan mendunia.
“Aman itu mahal. Maka, sarana prasarananya juga harus optimal,” imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Kapolresta Madiun AKBP Agus Dwi Suryanto memberikan apresiasi kepada Pemkot Madiun, atas hibah rehabilitasi kantor.
“Kantor ini kami beri nama sesuai tugas dan tujuan kami yaitu Tatag Trawang Tungga. Harapannya, bisa meningkatkan kinerja anggota kami dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” bebernya.
Seperti diketahui, gedung Mapolresta Madiun yang dibangun tiga lantai dikerjakan oleh DPUPR. Luas lantai total sekitar 820 meter persegi. Rinciannya lima ruang kantor, pos jaga dan toilet di lantai I. Kemudian, di lantai II dan III masing-masing dibangun lima ruang kantor dan dua toilet. Konsepnya bergaya gedung modern. (*)
