KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Memasuki penghujung tahun, satu per satu proyek srategis Pemkot Madiun dirampungkan. Salah satunya, pembangunan masjid pondok lansia di kawasan Lapak Bumi Semendung, Kelurahan Klegen, Kartoharjo. Rencananya, pengerjaan proyek senilai miliaran rupiah itu dijadwalkan selesai dalam waktu dekat.
‘’Clossing (tutup, Red) kontrak pada 8 Desember nanti. Insya Allah bersamaan itu pengerjaan sudah selesai,’’ ungkap Kabid Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun Hesti Setyorini kemarin (5/12).
Hesti menyatakan, progres pembangunan masjid saat ini menyentuh 98,19 persen selesai. Pengerjaan fisik menyisakan tahap finishing. Mulai pengecatan sisi belakang bangunan masjid, pemasangan plafon hingga railling.
‘’Pengerjaan berjalan on schedule,’’ klaimnya.
Menurut Hesti, ada tiga item pekerjaan dalam paket proyek pembangunan masjid pondok lansia. Meliputi bangunan masjid, perkerasan kawasan masjid dan gapura masjid. Pemkot menggelontorkan anggaran sekitar Rp4,3 miliar dalam APBD 2023 untuk merealisasikan paket proyek ini.
“Kami upayakan selesai sesuai jadwal,’’ janji Hesti.
Hesti mengatakan, pembangunan masjid merupakan paket proyek pelengkap pondok lansia yang pengerjaannya telah rampung medeo September lalu. Sementara pengerjaan masjid perlu diselesaikan segera agar pondok lansia dapat beroperasi akhir tahun ini.
“Kalau pondok sudah selesai 100 persen. Tinggal menunggu pengerjaan masjid selesai sedikit lagi,’’ jelasnya.
Dia menambahkan, pengerjaan pondok lansia juga masuk bidangnya. Untuk pembangunan asrama pondok, pemkot menghabiskan anggaran Rp9,4 miliar. Meliputi pengurukan lahan seluas 12.000 meter persegi, pembangunan dua gedung asrama dengan 14 unit kamar, selasar dan pagar pondok lansia.
Meski begitu, pembangunan pondok lansia sejatinya belum tuntas. Rencananya, masih ada pembanguan dua asrama tambahan di sebelah utara masjid pondok lansia. Hanya, realisasi pengerjaan dilaksanakan tahun depan.
“Tapi, gedung asrama yang saat ini sudah terbangun bisa ditempati. Tahun depan hanya penambahan,’’ pungkasnya. (*)
