KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun turut mendukung rencana pemkot mengembangkan wisata air di Bantaran Kali Madiun. Tugas DPUPR adalah membangun dermaga apung yang saat ini masih dalam proses tender.
DPUPR mengalokasikan anggaran sekitar Rp 891,5 juta untuk paket pekerjaannya. Kepala Bidang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air (PSDA) DPUPR Kota Madiun, Suyanto mengatakan, saat ini pihaknya masih menunggu penunjukan pemenang dan selanjutnya kontrak.
“Ada lima item pekerjaan utama dalam paket pembangunan dermaga apung di Jembatan Manguharjo,” ujarnya, Jumat (30/6).
Meliputi pekerjaan persiapan, tangga, panggung, dermaga apung dan manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Untuk konsepnya, akan dibangun tangga trap berbahan wood plastic composite (WPC) hollow dari tanggul atas turun ke tepian sungai.
Selanjutnya, ujung tangga bawah dibangun dermaga dengan konsep apung atau non statis. Tujuannya agar dapat mudah dipindah. Ia memperkirakan proyek tersebut mulai dikerjakan pertengahan Juli.
“Butuh waktu sekitar empat bulan untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan dermaga,’’ katanya.
Menurut Suyanto, seluruh komponen dermaga apung menggunakan material fabrikasi. Sebab, dermaga hanya akan beroperasi di luar musim penghujan atau ketika ada event-event tertentu. Karena bukan pembangunan permanen, maka tidak perlu izin Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Bengawan Solo.
