KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun segera membangun jembatan Patihan yang ambrol sejak 2021 lalu. Pembangunan jembatan itu cukup mendesak, karena menjadi akses penghubung antar kelurahan, yakni Patihan dan Sogaten.
Kepala Bidang Bina Marga DPUPR Kota Madiun, Agus Tri Sukamto mengatakan, penanda tanganan kontrak dengan pelaksana proyek telah dilakukan Juli ini. Bahkan minggu ini, alat berat pun diturunkan di lokasi.
“Proses sekarang posisi pendataan warga yang terdampak, kemungkinan nanti pas waktu pemasangan tiang panjang di sekitar area Kelurahan Patihan dan Sogaten. Setelah kita dapatkan data dari konsultan pengawas, kita adakan rapat sosialisasi di Kecamatan Manguharjo, kita undang warga terdampak dan pihak kelurahan, kecamatan, Polsek, serta Koramil yang ada di sekitar wilayah situ,” ujarnya, Rabu (24/7).
Sesuai kontrak, pembangunan jembatan Patihan dikerjakan selama lima bulan oleh CV Dwi Mitra Sejati. Diestimasikan, dua hingga tiga bulan itu digunakan untuk pembangunan abutment, sedangkan bulan keempat dan kelima proses pemasangan rangka atas.
Agus menyebut, sejatinya DPUPR memiliki empat opsi pembangunan jembatan Patihan. Yaitu jembatan lengkung, jembatan rangka baja, jembatan girder, dan jembatan gantung. Namun karena keterbatasan anggaran, sehingga dari hasil pemaparan, disetujui pembangunan jembatan gantung.
“Akhirnya berkesimpulan dan disetuji yang jembatan gantung karena berkaitan dengan anggaran yang ada di Kota Madiun dari APBD. Dan terkait perizinan, kita sudah koordinasi dengan BBWS dan sudah ada rekomnya juga,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu Kepala DPUPR, Thariq Megah menjelaskan, ukuran jembatan yang akan dibangun, yaitu selebar 1,8 meter dengan panjang 80 meter. Pun nantinya berupa jembatan gantung.
“Yang penting kendaraan roda dua, pesepeda, dan pejalan kaki bisa lewat, dan bisa dilalui ambulance pada saat urgent,” katanya.
Disamping itu, DPUPR juga membangun existing jembatan lori dengan ukuran 2,70 meter kali 110 meter. Pihaknya juga membangun beton pendekat pilon masing masing 15 meter di ujung kanan kiri jembatan.
“Beban maksimal sekitar 5 ton,” bebernya.
Pembangunan jembatan Patihan itu nanti bukan di lokasi semula, melainkan di titik lain sisi sebelah selatan jembatan lama. Alasannya, ketika ada anggaran tersedia, akan dibangun jembatan di tempat yang sama, dengan ukuran yang lebih besar. (*)
