KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun tengah membangun 10 lapak di kawasan Jalan Rimba Dharma. Saat ini progresnya sangat positif.
Kepala Bidang Cipta Karya DPUPR Kota Madiun, Sulistya Pambudi mengatakan dari rencana 39,1 persen, pengerjaan di lapangan menyentuh angka lebih 52 persen. Artinya proyek tersebut mengalami surplus 13 persen.
“Target selesai 6 September tahun ini. Namun kalau melihat progresnya sangat baik yang surplus 13 persen, mungkin nggak sampai September sudah jadi,” ujarnya, Jum’at (14/7).
Uut sapaan akrab Sulistya Pambudi menyatakan, pembangunan 10 lapak itu bertujuan untuk melengkapi kawasan Rimba Dharma yang rencananya akan dijadikan sentra kuliner oleh Pemkot Madiun. Karena itu pengerjaannya kini terus dikebut, agar manfaatnya segera dirasakan masyarakat.
“Konsentrasi kuliner nanti tidak hanya di Jalan Diponegoro tapi juga di Jalan Rimba Dharma,” tambahnya.
Ia menegaskan, 10 lapak yang dibangun menyedot anggaran sekitar Rp1 Miliar. Anggaran itu untuk pembangunan pondasi serta lapak kuliner, aksesoris dan taman singgah.
Masing-masing lapak berukuran 4,8×2,4 meter. Bangunannya terdiri plat baja riser dan rangka besi hollow. Selain pembangunan lapak, di kawasan Rimba Dharma juga dilengkapi dua rest area, seperti taman dan membran untuk tempat makan sekaligus tempat istirahat.
