KOTA MADIUN (DinasPUPR) – Pekerjaan proyek pembangunan instalasi pengolahan lumpur tinja (IPLT) di kawasan TPA Winongo rampung sudah. Rencananya, IPLT yang dibangun menggunakan anggaran dana alokasi khusus (DAK) Rp 10,6 miliar itu bakal dioperasikan tahun depan.
‘’Pekerjaan selesai sejak 18 Desember lalu. Saat ini proses penyiapan untuk operasional,’’ kata Kabid Cipta Karya Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Kota Madiun Hesti Setyorini, Kamis (26/12).
Hesti menjelaskan, IPLT di kawasan TPA Winongo memiliki sejumlah bangunan yang selesai dibangun tahun ini. Di antaranya, kantor operasional dan instalasi limbah tinja.
Untuk instalasinya, lanjut dia, meliputi pembangunan solid seperation chamber, drying area, anaerobic filter, gudang lumpur tinja, unit fakultatif, unit maturasi, cascade aerator, dan wetland. Dibangun di atas lahan seluas 3.895 meter persegi, IPLT memiliki kapasitas penampungan dan pengolahan lumpur tinja sekitar 20 meter kubik per harinya.
